did jeni is a special member, or simple member like me, and why she can reply there, not just her they are other members, just tell me thats isnt a problem for me.

Jeni this is because you try to see those voting apps those which have been locked and moved to moderator board and only mods/admins/managers/owners can see them because they are moved there.
I also see the same,
As micheal moves the voting topic to a locked board.

yea thats right.
i move application from voting section to a private board where only admins can see old votes. You are probably trying to see old application which one is locked and moved
